(a). Crown Rent for the whole area to be at the rate of 8400 per acre per annum commencing from date mentioned in (a).

The lessee to expend a sum of not less than 81,000 on buildings on the lot within one year of the date mention- -ed in (a).

(f). The lessee to pay the sum of 825 within seven days of the date mentioned in (a) for boundary stones which will be supplied and fixed by the Director of Public Works.

The lessee to pay to the Land Officer when called upon to do so the sum of 830 for the Crown Lease of the

lot.
